Entrees include such delicacies as:
- Doro Wot ~ Considered by many as the best of Ethiopian dishes. Chicken, marinated in lemon juice, then sauteed in butter and seasoned with garlic, onions, fresh ginger, berbere (spiced red pepper) and cooked until tender.
- Lega Tibs ~ Marinated tender boneless prime beef, cubed and sauteed with onions, jalapeno peppers and Awaze (Ethiopian style hot sauce).
- Vegetable Combination ~ Prepared in a strictly vegetarian manner, the combination includes spicy lentils, fosolia (similar to green beans), mild lentils, spinach and cabbage each perfectly seasoned and spiced.
Weekends feature several lamb and beef specials such as:
- Yebeg Tibs ~ Special grilled lamb marinated in Awaze (Ethiopian hot sauce) and sauteed with onions, tomatoes, jalapeno peppers and rosemary.
- Kitfo ~ Delicious Ethiopian steak tartar. Lean tender chopped beef seasoned with a spiced butter and mitmita.
