    Minchet-abish
    Finely chopped prime beef first fried in a pan with ginger, onion, cardamon and red
    pepper until golden, then sautéed in Ethiopia's famous keywat. A dish for royalty. $8.50

    Doro Wat (lemon chicken in red pepper sauce)
    Drumsticks or thighs of chicken are marinated in lemon juice, then sautéed in butter
    and seasoned with garlic, onions, fresh ginger and cooked until tender in berberae
    sauce.  $9.25
    ("berberae sauce" = Seasoned red pepper sauce)

    Yebeg wat (braised lamb in green pepper sauce, spicy)
    Tender pieces of lamb with bone braised very slowly in berberae sauce seasoned with
    ginger root, fresh garlic, nitter kibe and cooked until tender.  It's what the kings
    indulged themselves with  $8.25

    Alicha Yebeg wat (braised lamb in green pepper sauce, not spicy)
    Tender pieces of lamb braised very slowly in green-pepper laced butter sauce
    seasoned with ginger, fresh garlic, nitter kibe and a touch of jalapeño pepper. $8.25

    Doro Tibs (chicken marinated in honey wine sauce)
    Tender chicken breast chopped and sautéed to perfection with red onions, nitter kibe ,

    Spiced leg of lamb marinated in white wine, then sautéed with rosemary, onions and

    Awaze seasoned and dried prime beef simmered in berberae sauce seasoned with
