    Owners and Chefs Wosenyeleh Wolde & his brothers Ermias and Elias. Chef Wosenyeleh has over 6 years of classical training four of which were in Germany and he has worked in Marriott Hotels one of which was in Florida. His borther has also received classical training and between himself and his brother they speak Amharic (Ethiopian), German, Russian, and English.

    All of Queen of Sheba's authentic cuisines are served in an exciting and inviting atmosphere surrounded with African artworks. Every Friday night we have a great DJ and on Saturday we have live music and on both nights we have lots of people dancing! So, for a night out of great food and dancing think of us.     ''... Ethiopians eat with their fingers by tearing off a piece of the bread and using it to scoop and roll up the food. However, Queen of Sheba will supply flatware to the less adventurous.

    There are nine entrees using various combinations of lamb, veal, beef, chicken, and vegetables. Ethiopian spices and a clarified herbal butter called Kibe are used to season the food. But don't think vegetarians have been ignored. There are five vegetarian meals ranging from vegetable lasagna to chickpea, split pea and lentil stew. They also offer American and Mexican food for those not ready for Ethiopian cuisine.

    One of the shining stars of Ethiopia is their coffee. Ethiopia is coffee's birthplace and a formal ritual developed there around the brewing and drinking of coffee. In fact, the word coffee comes from the name Kaffa, a coffee-growing region of Ethiopia. The Ethiopians spice their coffee with cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom.
