Kitfo Sandwich/Tiklil
Sandwich: Special kitfo mixed with the right amount of home made cottage cheese, herbal butter, caramom and mitmita and served in French Bread.
Tiklil: Kitfo dish seasoned and rolled in Kategna (toasted injera) or plain injera.
Not a common traditional dish, but one that's part of the new adaptations.
