Dirkosh
Air dried injera, usually used for preserving and storing it for trips (prior to use of Fridge).
Now enjoyed for its crisp texture while still holding the taste of Injera. Used as an appetizer for dipping into sauces or used for fitfit by mixing it with wot/sauces.
