    Finely chopped prime beef first fried in a pan with ginger, onion, cardamom and white pepper until golden, then sautéed in Ethiopia's famous keywat. A dish for royalty.

    Pieces of tender chicken are seasoned with ginger, rosemary and jalapeño pepper and simmered in a hearty butter sauce. Mild

    Chicken pieces are marinated in lemon juice, then sautéed in butter and seasoned with garlic, onions, fresh ginger and fenugreek, then the pieces are coated with berbere sauce and cooked gently until tender. Served with  hard-boiled egg.
