    Combination Plate Includes prom each of the following items: Akara, Plantains, Lamb Cake, shrimp, fish cake, kelewele & jojo meat ball suggested for couple.
    Akara Black eye peas finely ground seasoned with African Spices & Herbs quickly deep fried when served, they are about an inch in diameter having bread like texture
    Plantains A relative of banana but much more delicious, a main stay
    Kelewe The plantain again, but this time sprinkled with special seasonings. A ghanian speciality served as garnishes with your entrees.
    Lamb Cakes Ground lamb with onion, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, coriander, garlic & pepper mixed, ground & rolled into ball
    Shrimp Shrimp seasoned with nutmeg, garlic, salt & cayene pepper
    Fish Cakes Fresh fish ground with green onions egg seasoned and bread crumbs, and rolled together & deep fried for few seconds
    O Jo Jo Beef & vegetable ball made with finely ground beef, sweet potato, irish potato, green & regular onion bell peppers a touch of garlic, seasonings, rolled in bread crumbs & fried
    Yam Balls Ghanian speciality consisting of mashed yams with nutmeg seasoning, rolled in bread crumbs & fried.
    Pilli Pilli Sauce A traditional west african pepper sauce, onions mixed with pilli pilli & served as dip with our appetizers.


    Ethiopian Lamb Dishes

    Yebeg Siga Alicha Mild lamb stew, delicately spiced with garlic, ginger and other spices. Served with injera.
    Shifenfen Lamb stew mixed injera & deliciously seasoned with spices.

    Yedoro Wot Spicy chicken stewed in red pepper sauce with an assortment of spices

    Special Tibs The speciality of the house. Tender beef cooked in Ethiopian pot served on charcoals
    Yebere Siga Wot Strips of beef braised in red pepper sauce with an assortment of spices
    Kitfo Finely chopped, lean beef with spiced butter & mitmita (hot chilies)
    Yesiga Zilzil Tibs Sauteed strips of beef with onions & green chillies
    Awaze Tibs Tender beef cooked in spice & a special red pepper paste (awaze)
