Kenya is represented with a kuku na nazi dish of chicken and coconut curry, as is Tanzania with futari, a mixed vegie dish cooked with spices, coconut milk and injera.
Desserts include an East African favourite - banana, brown sugar, cream cheese and cinnamon are lightly baked. An Ethiopian coffee or mint tea should complete the experience.... >>more
