Almaz Taye Cashmore
What's a beautiful Ethiopian woman doing in outback Queensland? If she's Almaz Taye Cashmore, she's running a motel. Best know locally as 'Leila', Almaz also cooks traditional Ethiopian dishes for her Abyssinia café. She mightn't be able to find all the ingredients she's used to but her friends love the results.
